Joseph has been living in Spring Mount since 1972. He was born in Castel Aquato, Piacenza, Italy, Raised in Ambler, Pa. He was a member of St. Mary's Church of Schwenksville, Pa. Served in the US Navy, where he received the Good Conduct Medal. Graduated from Ursinus College. Joseph worked as Vice President with Radiation Sciences, after retirement he Voluntered with Grandview Hospital He served as Township Supervior with Lower Frederick Twp. for 17 years.
