Ms Jeanette was my first neighbor in Cedar Heights. I will miss our many talks, her homemade peanut butter cups, her Christmas cards and the wonderful stories about her life. She was a woman of faith and she was cool before they invented cool. I hope she is cruising the highways of Heaven in her Mustang. Put in a good word for me up there Ms Jeanette. Jeanette was one of the kindest people I have ever known. She was my mom’s best friend and became an honorary aunt to me and my son. I’ve shared a picture of Jeanette taken at my wedding 20 years ago. She was a beautiful person, inside and out, as she lived out her faith.
