We are all so sad to learn Mr Merc has passed away He was such a special man to our family The years with Mr Merc coaching our son were some of our most treasured memories We grew to also love his family loving Eleanor and Eric As we look back on our years Mr Merc gave us some of the best times With our sympathy Jeannie and Bob Messantonio

I am so sorry for your loss, Earl and I. Spent a lot of time together at Plymouth Little League Park coaching together and coaching against each other. The Brewers and Yankees were fun games when played each other he also taught me some coaching tips of Baseball Those Little League Days some of best times of my life Earl was a good man I valued our relationship during those time working and teaching Baseball to 10 / /11// and 12 years old Boys. RIP and may GOD bless all of you and give strength during this sad time BJ MARCHESE ( the father)

My first coach in little league! He was the first person I knew to have a batting cage in his back yard. We saw the movie major league at his house as a team. “Coach I think this is rated R?” …”Say a prayer and don’t tell your mother!” The best…never called him Mr Merc it was always “Coach Merc”. RIP Coach!!
