Obituary of Joseph H. Panish

Joseph H. Panish, 91, of Conshohocken, PA passed away peacefully on Monday morning, November 21, 2022, at his home. He was preceded in death by his wife Rose (Huffman) Panish, and brothers: Chester and Stanley Panish, sisters: Sophie Zeleski, Irene Koza, Marie Tirpak and Florence Hamaday; and a granddaughter Charea Berube.

A lifelong resident of Conshohocken, he was born on September 26, 1931 to the late Andrew and Boleslawa (Krystofik) Panasiuk.  Joe served his country during the Korean War in the Air Force. Joe was a long-time member of St. Mary's RC Church and recently St. Matthew's RC Church. He was employed by Coca Cola and Standard Brands until his retirement.

Joe is survived by his five children David (Joanne) Panish of Ocala, FL; Patricia (Daniel) Elisio of Royersford, PA; Theresa (Joseph) Walsh of Conshohocken, PA;  Annette (David) Lincul of Washington Twp., NJ; Richard (Donna) Panish of Trooper, PA. Also survived by his ten grandchildren David, Robert and Ryan (Kristen) Panish, Matthew Elisio, Tracey (Russell) Palummo, David (Kristen) Lincul, Alaina Lincul, Amanda (Christopher) Morell, Nicole (Kyle) Pehlman, and Michael Panish. He is also survived by six great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren

His Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 10:30 AM at St. Matthew's RC Church, 219 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA.

Friends may call on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the church.

Interment will follow in St. Benedict Cemetery, Conshohocken, Pa.
