Obituary of Jean S. Deagler

Jean Deagler, age 88, of Plymouth Meeting, PA passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2022.

She was born in Cedar Heights, Whitemarsh Twp., Pennsylvania on October 24, 1933, the daughter of the late John and Frances (Weber) Strouse.  Jean lived in West Conshohocken and later in Plymouth Meeting before moving to Spring Mill Point in Whitemarsh Twp.  

She most recently attended Plymouth Meeting Evangelical Congregational Church.  

She was the wife of the late John L. Deagler.

She is survived by her two sons, Drew J. (& Roxanne) Deagler of Plymouth Meeting, PA and The Rev. Dr. Vincent (& Diane) Deagler of Riverbank, CA;

brother, John (& Roberta) Strouse of Perkiomenville, PA;

six grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.  

Along with her husband and parents, Jean was preceded in death by her sister, Dolores Gifford.  

Her Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 14, 2022 at 10:00 AM from the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 19 East Germantown Pike, East Norriton, PA 19401. 

Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on Monday morning from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the funeral home.   

Interment will take place in Gulph Christian Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA.
