Judy E. Shaffer, 75, of Blue Bell, PA passed away on Friday April 8, 2016. She was born in Ardmore, PA on April 19, 1940. Judy has been living in Blue Bell, Pa for the last 3 years, formerly of Narberth, Pa She worked as a court reporter. Judy enjoyed going to the casinos, traveling and she was an avid lover of animals Daughter of Dorothy ( Wolfe ) and the Late – Horace Barr Survivors include her Husband: Edward J. Her Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at 10:30 AM from the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 19 East Germantown Pike, East Norriton, Pa 19401. Friends may call on Wednesday April 13, 2016 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will be private.
