Obituary of William David Ciccoli
William David "Cy" Ciccoli, age 71, of Hatfield, PA passed away on Monday, December 21, 2020.
He was born in Norristown, PA on September 27, 1949. Cy has been living in Hatfield for 31 years, formerly of Harleysville and Jeffersonville, PA. He was a member of St. Maria Goretti RC Church of Hatfield.
Cy was a graduate of Bishop Kenrick High School and Sacred Heart School of Nursing. He worked as a Nurse and was a member of the Teamster's. While he was a Teamster, he worked on the Limerick Power Plant Cooling Tower’s project. Cy enjoyed golfing and playing softball in East Norriton. He also enjoyed bird watching. Most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Diane M. Ciccoli of Hatfield; daughter, Karen (& Rocky) Perez of Limerick; two sons, William D. Ciccoli, Jr. and Thomas Ciccoli, both of Hatfield; sister, Joanne (& Steven) Miller of Pottstown; three brothers, Joseph (& Donna) Ciccoli of Pottstown, Thomas (& Eileen) Ciccoli of King of Prussia and Dennis (& Lisa) Ciccoli of Oakland, CA; and sister in law, Lori Bove Ciccoli. Cy is also survived by four grandchildren, Zackary Rocco Perez, Ava Maria Perez, Joseph Leo Perez, and Luca William Ciccoli; as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Frances (Baron) Ciccoli; and his brother, Kevin Ciccoli.
His Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 28, 2020 at 10:30 AM from St. Maria Goretti RC Church, 1601 Derstine Road, Hatfield, PA 19440. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Monday morning from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Church.
Masks are required and social distancing will be observed at the funeral. The family realizes that many may not be able to join them in person. For those who wish to share in honoring Cy virtually, his Funeral Mass will be livestreamed. Interment will be private and held at a later date.
