Obituary of Alberta Lulu Galm

Alberta L. Galm, age 94, of Conshohocken, PA passed away on Monday, September 28, 2020.

She was born in Philadelphia, PA on August 18, 1926, the daughter of the late Albert and Mary Eva (Maslin) Guiles.

Bert was raised in Manayunk and moved to Conshohocken in 1959.  She was a member of St. Matthew RC Church.  She was an avid Phillies fan.  Bert enjoyed doing word search puzzles and reading Danielle Steel novels.  She was a music lover, always had the radio on and enjoyed singing along.   

She was the wife of the late Robert  W. Galm.

Survivors include her daughter, Kathleen (the late Barlow) McMasters of Conshohocken; daughter, Barbara (& Donald) McQuirns of Eagleville; son, Ronald Galm (& Denise Schultz-Fogal) of Abington; son, Thomas (& Toni) Galm of Douglassville; as well as 13 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.  

Along with her husband and parents, Bert was preceded in death by her son, Robert Galm, two daughters, Patricia Morris and Donna Costa; as well as five siblings.  

Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Friday, October 2, 2020 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428.   Her Funeral Service will follow at 7:00 PM in the funeral home.

Interment will be private in St. Matthew's Cemetery, Conshohocken, PA.
