William "Billy" Robert Cox 

William "Billy" Robert Cox, 54, of Conshohocken, PA passed awayfrom his battle with lung cancer on Friday, December 20, 2019.

He was born in Norristown, Pa on December 22, 1964, the son of the late Nathan and the late Ruth " Betty " ( Bulger ) Cox.

He lived in Conshohocken for the last 9 years, formerly of Bridgeport, Pa.  Billy was an Active Member of the Washington Fire Company and a Fire Police Officer with the Conshohocken Fire Police. He was a member of the Norristown Eagles Club, The TK Club, Lanutti Post and Maenner-Chor Club.  Billy enjoyed playing pool, shooting darts, volunteering and sharing time with his friends. 

He is survived by a  son William Cox of Reading, sister Colleen (& Philip) McNally of East Norriton, brother Michael Cox of Norristown, girlfriend Sue Miller and also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Melissa Ann Cox, Uncle James "Jimmy" Cox and Aunt Carolyn Sucoloski.

Billy's Fireman's Service Memorial will be held Saturday, December 28, 2019 at 10:00 AM from Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428

Friends may visit on Saturday, December 28, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the funeral home. 

Billy's Fireman's Service and Procession to his interment will take place in St. Augustine Cemetery, King of Prussia, PA.
