Obituary of Venita C. Dann

Venita Dann, age 96, of Trappe, passed away on Monday May 20, 2019.

Venita was born in Crosby, New York on November 24, 1922, a daughter of the late Delos Adrian and Eva Lenora (Price) Bellis.

Venita was a Homemaker.  She enjoyed antique shopping and gadding, tending to her flower garden, and bird watching.  She also enjoyed music.  Especially, Saturday evening music shows including Lawrence Welk, Gaither Gospel, and Song of the Mountain and on occasion Venita enjoyed singing along to live music provided by family and friends.

Survivors include her four children, Paula (& the late Gordon) Dow, Gary (& Andrea) Dann, Mark Dann and Barbara (& Rod) Bolt; seven grandchildren, Troy Dow, Michele Dann, Eric Kempton, Amy Dann Bealer, Jill Kempton, Lynn Dann, and Mark Dann; as well as six great grandchildren, Fiona Dow, Ian Dow, Aiden Bealer, Isaac Bealer, Abby Bealer, and Marley Dann.                     

Along with her parents, Venita was preceded in death by her daughter, Joan Kempton; son, Dana Dann; and seven siblings, Velma, Delos, Mary, Beatrice, Gabe, Laura, and Ruth.  

Relatives and friends are invited to the Memorial Service on Friday, June 28 at 1:00 PM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 224 W. Main St., Trappe, PA 19426.

Interment will take place in Limerick Garden of Memories. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
