Obituary of Dorothy C. Lesniewski

Dorothy C. ( Cyzio ) Lesniewski, age 83 years, of Conshohocken, passed away on Thursday January 24, 2019.

Dorothy was born in Manayunk, Pa on Thursday August 22, 1935, daughter of the late John and the late Catherine Cyzio.

Dorothy has lived in Conshohocken since 1960, formerly of Manayunk.

She is a member of St. Matthew's RC Church and a former member of St. Mary's RC Church.

Dot graduated from Hallahan High School and she worked as an Administrative Assistant with Council Construction of Conshohocken, Pa.  She was also an election machine inspector for Conshohocken Ward 6 for over 10 years, where she enjoyed seeing her neighbors as they came to vote.

Dot loved playing card games at the casino, watching the Phillies, traveling the country with family, and when her grandchildren would come visit her for a home cooked meal.  

She was beloved wife of the late Walter Lesniewski.

And survived by their children Linda (& George DiCicco) Lesniewski of Conshohocken, Diane (& Bob) Stokley of Conshohocken and Cynthia (& Mark) Cavallo of West Norriton.  

Grandmother of Robert (& Carrie) Stokley, Eric (& Jennie) Stokley, Todd Stokley, Kathryn Cavallo and Mark Cavallo, and great grandmother of Grayson, Weston & Theodore.

Dorothy was the youngest of 8 children and survived by a sister Helen Blaszczyk of Huntingdon Valley, and preceded in death by Joseph Cyzio, Sarah Harchut, Walter Cyzio, Mary Heleniak, Jean Brodzinski & Chester Cyzio

Her Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 28 from 10:30 AM at St. Matthew RC Church, 219 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, Pa 19428.

There will be a viewing on Sunday, January 27 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken and also on Monday, January 28 from 9:00 to 10:00 AM also at the Funeral Home.

Interment will follow the mass at St. Benedict Cemetery, Conshohocken, Pa
