Obituary of Virginio M. Lepore, Jr.

Virginio M. Lepore, Jr., "Virgil", age 89, of Plymouth Meeting , passed away on Friday, December 21, 2018 at his home.

He was born in Plymouth Twp., PA on July 6, 1929, a son of the late Virginio and Michalina (DeSimone) Lepore. Virgil worked as a Auto Body Technician for Stifnell's Auto Body.  He was a member of the Mt. Carmel Hunting Club.  Virgil honorably served in the United States Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict and was awarded a Silver Star and Purple Heart Medal for his service.  

Survivors include his loving companion of 22 years, Lynn R. Peay of Plymouth Meeting;   
daughter, Michele M. Lepore;

son, Michael A. Lepore; 
two sisters, Theresa Mancini and Gemma Lepore;

as well as many nieces and nephews.  

Along with his parents, Virgil was preceded in death by his brother, Anthony Lepore. 

His Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 28, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home,  19 East Germantown Pike, East Norriton, PA 19401.  

Relatives and friends are invited to the visitiation on Friday morning from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home.  

Interment will be private in Washington Crossing National Cemetery.
