I am thinking about Donna this evening again and I forgot to add previously that Donna loved her dog, Sandy. She took such good care of Sandy which was another testament of her lovely heart. I know Donna would want Sandy included.
The last time I saw Donna, she was looking forward to the birth of her granddaughter. She wrote her name and number on a piece of paper so that I could call her to get together. There were a few things happening at the time so I placed the paper on my fridge for when things settled down a bit. I am so sorry I did that now because like someone else wrote, Donna was a beautiful person. She was so positive and inspiring to me. Especially the last time I saw her (which may have been right before she passed away). When I left her that last time, I recall thinking how happy and uplifting she was. She was definitely in a good place then, but of course she is in the best place now with Matthew. I will miss her greatly and so will my daughter. May her granddaughter know what a wonderful and special person her grandmother was and how much she was looking forward to her arrival. Donna also was the most dedicated mother. She loved her boys for sure. St. Paul's Lutheran Church also took a great loss when Donna died. She was so dedicated to the church. Godspeed my dear, dear friend.
Our entire family loved Donna, especially my granddaughter, Kelli. I will miss her postings on facebook and her loving friendship. She was a beautiful person.
