Obituary of Gerard F. Markland

Jerry graduated from the former St. Matthew's High School class of 1955. Most classmates remembering him as "Soggy". He served in the US Army 101st Airborne Division also known as the Screaming Eagles from 1955 to 1957 Jerry lived most of his life in West Conshohocken, a town in which he was very proud of and a former member of St. Gertrude RC Church For the past decade Jerry has resided at Marshall Lee Towers in Conshohocken and is a member of St. Matthew's Parish He enjoyed traveling to the casino's in Atlantic City, NJ with his family Always a sports fan of the Philadelphia Phillies
