Obituary of Helen F. Curry

Helen F. Curry, age 91, passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2018. 

She was born on December 1, 1926, and was raised in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia.

Helen has been a resident of Parkhouse in Upper Providence Twp. for three years, formerly of French Creek Manor in Phoenixville. 

Helen enjoyed cooking, playing parlor games, and socializing with her family.  Her greatest joy, however, was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Helen is the daughter of the late Bertha (Sadowiskic) and William Zar. 

She was the beloved wife of the late Ivan Curry and the mother of the late John L. Curry.                              

Survivors include her daughter in law: Barbara Curry;                     

grandson: John ( & Jill) Curry;                         

granddaughter: Tracey ( & Ernie) Leber;

grandson: Michael Curry;                  

granddaughter: Denise ( & Jeremy) Guldin;              

grandson: David Curry;

great grandchildren: Marshall, Celia & Grace Curry; Owen, Olivia, Maya & Sophia Leber; and Autumn & Miles Guldin;

as well as many nieces and nephews.              

Along with her parents, husband, and son, Helen with preceded in death by her siblings: Frances, Anne, Mary, Bill, John & Stanley.                        

Her Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 20, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 224 West Main Street, Trappe, P A19426. 

Friends may call on Friday morning from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.   

Entombment will take place at a later date in Conestoga Memorial Park, Lancaster, PA.
