Joseph has lived in Wayne, Pa, formerly of Swedeland, Pa and West Conshohocken and Conshohocken where he was born and raised. He was a member of St. Isaac Jogue Catholic Church of Wayne, Pa. Graduate of St. Matthew's High School. He served in the US Navy during World War II, where he received the American Area Medal and the World War II Victory Medal. Joe worked with Peco at Plymouth Meeting, Pa. He was a Life Member with Swedeland Fire Co, where he served in many positions including Past President and Past Fire Chief.
