Obituary of James W. Priest

James W. "Jim" Priest, 84, lifelong resident of West Conshohocken PA, passed away peacefully, with his family by his side at Suburban Community Hospital in East Norriton, PA, on Sunday September 3, 2017. He was born in West Conshohocken, PA on March 3, 1933, a son of the late Howard and Maude (Reifinger) Priest Jim was the loving husband of the late Mazie L. Priest. Married on September 24, 1955, they were married for 58 years and truly devoted to each other. Jim was retired foundry worker with Hale Pump in Conshohocken. He was, also, a retired Police officer with the Borough of West Conshohocken. He was a veteran of the US Army. He enjoyed puzzles, playing cards and playing the harmonica. He loved traveling to the shore with his loving wife, the children at Mackenzie Park, and most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his children: Daughter: Kathy Vernon Son: Ken Priest Daughter: Kim Priest Seven Grandchildren 10 Great Grandchildren Sister: Mary Ann Saldutti Also Survived By Nieces and Nephews A Funeral Service for Jim will be held on Friday, September 8, 2017 at 11:00 AM from the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Relatives and Friends may pay their respects on Friday morning from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home. Interment will take place in George Washington Memorial Park, Plymouth Meeting, PA.
