Fred has been living in Lafayette Hill since 1998, formerly of South West Philadelphia. He was a member of St. Philip Neri RC Church of Lafayette Hill, Pa. He served in the US Navy. Fred was a fireman with the City of Philadelphia for over 20 years, the he went to work as a Professional Engineer with Fox & Associates before he started working as a Self Employed Engineer. He was an avid tennis player.
