I was very sorry to find out about Jack's passing. He was a valued member of our group at the Scottsdale YMCA and will be sorely missed. I always enjoyed his company, talking especially about sports and his son. Kent Kretchmar

Jack, Gwen and John and family; I will always think of Jack in the other room. I never thought he would have left us( me) I thought you would be with me forever. I could not post anything about my older brother, but he did so much for me, he was my mentor in so many ways. I will always love you more than you could know. You know I still need more advice and that will be forever YOU BECAME BOTH MY DAD AND MOM and brother. . I do not know what others think but you will still be here to laugh and talk too. you are the kindness and generous and funny, crazy person..I guess it is a TIERNEY thing. I know Gwen and John taught you so much about kindness and love and you in turn spread that to me, It might sound crazy but I know if I would never land on a park bench and nobody would ever take advantage of me. m I love you to the moon and back. I still need you so you can be in whatever room helping me out. No more air planes though. R.I Paradise. Love Rita.

Dear Jack,,,, I know where you are now,, and you are in great company. Although we wish you were still here, knowing of who your surrounded by, we will accept. I considered you an ICON of the Tierney family!!!!! Without ever saying this, ALL of us respected you, honored you, and loved you!!!
