Arthur has been living in West Norriton since 2006, formerly of Virginia He was born & raised in Norristown, Graduate of St. Patrick High School, class of 1952 He was an Army Veteran and he received the National Defense Service Medal and Good Conduct Medal He worked as an engineer with Honeywell Art was a member of St. Francis of Assisi RC Church of Norristown, Knights of Columbus, & Catholic War Veterans
